Philip Wallace. LLB., MIL.*

Philip Wallace was born and brought up in the West Country. After graduating from Leeds University he spent four years working in England, Italy and Germany and now speaks fluent Italian as well as passable French and German. In 1976 he started his training with a small firm in Mayfair specialising in property and civil litigation. He stayed with them after qualifying in 1978 until he set up Wallace & Co in 1984.

WALLACE & Co. has been in Balham for nearly 25 years. The firm deals with most types of property work, civil court work, wills and probate, landlord and tenant, buying your freehold, extending your lease, etc.

Philip Wallace has practised in South London for nearly 30 years. He believes in explanations in plain language and dispelling the mystique of the law.

Philip is also a Notary Public. This work mainly involves witnessing documents to be sent abroad. More about Notary work
