Q3: What should I do after contracts are exchanged?
A3: If buying, you should:

1. Contact the electricity, gas and telephone authorities to take over the services from completion.
2. Immediately arrange for any life policy to be put in force and for the policy to be sent to us.
3. Arrange for removers on the day of completion.
4. If you are not having a mortgage you must arrange building insurance from the date contracts are exchanged.
