Q2: What should I do when I find a property to buy?
A2: You should:-

1. Make sure your mortgage application goes in as soon as possible.
2. Arrange your survey if you decide to have one (see section on surveys).
3. Agree with the Seller exactly which items (carpets, etc.) are included in the sale price.
4. Arrange a loan for the deposit if you need one.
5. Tell us the name and address of the broker (if any) arranging your mortgage and/or life endowment policy and ask them to send details to us as soon as they are available.
